GENERAL INFORMATION

★ I reserve the right to refuse a commission without disclosing any reasons.★ Depending on the commission type, progress updates will be provided through your preferred contact method. Each commission type has their own progress rules. Please be mindful of this★ Revisions are permitted during the sketch stage. After this, only minor revisions are accepted.★ My current turn-around time is 4 months maximum. Be mindful of this, Please let me know at the beginning of contact if you have a deadline or want a priority fee.★ If you do not want me using your commission piece as an example on my advertisements or portfolios, please let me know beforehand. If the commission is worth $75+, you will be charged a 50% privacy fee, as keeping it private limits the examples used to help gain future work.★ You can alter your finished commission as long as you do not claim it as your artwork.★ That said, when I give you a WIP of your commission, DO NOT take it upon yourself to distort the lines and fix the anatomy as something to send back to me. If you do not like it or I got something wrong, please explain it through text, request a different pose or, if absolutely necessary, redline the WIP so i can edit it comfortably. It’s incredibly disrespectful to alter my work during such an early stage of the commission process as it shows you do not trust my skills as an artist.★ My commissions are for personal use only, do not claim as yours, repost without credit or use for profit or minting. Icons, headers and any other social media usage need credit.

PAYMENT

★ Payment is USD only, paid through Paypal/WISE invoice or Ko-Fi. Payment comes first!★ Priority fees that bring you to the very front of my queue are an additional 50-100% of the finalised price, dependant on how soon you need it. example: a $75 commission needed within 2 weeks will incur a +100% fee taken from the agreed upon price, leading the final price to be $150★ Please have money and references ready before initiation.★ Payment plans are available, but the need for one must be brought up in your first message! I’m very flexible with payment plans and do not give them due dates, so if you opt for a payment plan i have no problem at all waiting long periods of time for it to be paid in full. This removes any stressful restrictions that a, for example, 2 week due date PP might cause! If the total was $100 and you could pay only $45 now, the remaining amount can be paid off whenever in the future you’re financially comfortable to pay.★ However, the commission won’t be started until the invoice is completely paid, and the 4 month maximum TAT waiting period STARTS once paid off.★ Refunds are non-applicable for finished commissions. Refunds will only be permitted upon client’s request AFTER the due date if i have not yet alerted you about any delays or provided a WIP of your commission at any point BEFORE your slot’s due date on my Trello goes red. Chargebacks will NOT be tolerated; they take more money than you initially paid due to currency conversion and fees. I will blacklist you.

DESIGNS/CUSTOMS

★ Payment in USD only, paid through Paypal/WISE invoice or Ko-fi transfer. Artwork mixed offer payments must be completed within a month!★ After purchase, the character now belongs to the buyer. It may be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. Editing the original design and redesigning the character after purchase is OK (including CS/OS redesigns). Prior permission is not necessary but I would love to see what you do with them!★ Customs can be retraded and resold for their initial worth (+ any additional art value)★ I can do payment plans for adopts over $50. If necessary, please establish this at the start/in your bid!★ Refunds are non-applicable for sold designs or backed-out payment plans. Chargebacks will have you blocked & blacklisted immediately. For refund information about customs, please refer back to Point 6 in the “PAYMENT” section of my commission TOS.★ Please retain my credit as designer/creator and do not claim as your own work! Redesign credits to other artists is fine as long as i retain “original creator” credit.

if you have any questions about if your character fits within my limits, please don’t be afraid to ask! i’m flexible and ultimately this is just a basic outline, as usually i judge it on a case-by-case basis anyway.
